If you stop using TweedPet for one pet, another of your pets can become your free pet.
You are never charged twice for the same pet.

Each extra pet's plan renews once a year at £3.99, VAT included. There are no monthly fees and no premium features.
If you stop a plan
The pet stays active until the end of the year you paid for. After that, the pet is locked: its records, vaccinations and share links cannot be opened.
Locked records are kept safely for 3 months, then deleted. We email you before that happens, and you can reactivate at any time in those 3 months.
What happens to records
If a pet is locked, its records, vaccinations and share links cannot be opened. The records are kept safely for 3 months, then deleted.
We email you 30 days and 7 days before deletion. Reactivate in that time and everything comes back exactly as it was. You can also ask support@tweedpet.com for a copy.

Do reminders, record requests or sharing cost extra?
No. They are all included.
How do I stop a plan?
Go to Settings, then Billing, and choose Stop renewing next to the pet. The pet stays active until the end of the year you paid for. No refund is made for the time already paid.
What happens to records if a pet is locked?
The records are kept safely for 3 months, then deleted. We email you before that happens. Reactivate in that time and everything comes back. You can also ask support@tweedpet.com for a copy.
What if my renewal payment fails?
Your pet stays active for 14 more days while you update your card.
What if my pet has passed away?
We are so sorry. Open your pet's profile and choose Update status. The profile is kept in loving memory, at no charge, and you can still view and download the records.
